The Peace School Assembly 2025 brought together 20 schools and various Rotary Clubs, with over 160 passionate participants uniting to promote peace education and celebrate the schools’ peace work in the past academic year.
Highlights
Guest Sharing & Insights: Dr. Eric Chak delivered an inspiring opening address on peace education, while Ms. Ellen Lau (Education Director at Preface) shared how AI and technology empower student learning and future development.
School Showcases & Performances: Li Po Chun United World College kicked off the showcase followed by 11 Peace Schools presenting their campus peace initiatives and interactive displays, alongside an energetic dance performance from Parsons Dance Academy.
Outstanding Action for Peace Award: The newly introduced award recognized students' dedication to peace initiatives, with The Endeavourers Leung Lee Sau Yu Memorial Primary School, Aberdeen St. Peter’s Catholic Primary School, and Ying Wa Primary School voted as this year's recipients.
